The AI for home service businesses

Every call answered. Every lead worked. Every job booked.

Home service businesses miss up to 1 in 4 calls, and a lead answered inside 5 minutes is 21 times more likely to qualify. FlowChainLabs builds and runs the front desk workflow we put in writing with you, on the phone and tools you already use. You watch it pass its tests before you accept it. Every month you get the number.

Find the leak. Build the system. Run it for you.

01

Find the leak

We map where time, money, and momentum leak across your business, and score the first system worth fixing.

02

Build the system

We build the smallest reliable system that closes that leak, around the tools you already use.

03

Run it for you

We operate it, watch the outcomes, and tune it every month against what actually happened.

Plug in and run it

We connect to your calendar, CRM, and phone, and become the layer that makes them work together. Your calendar, CRM, and phone stay. We name the one system worth replacing before we touch it.

Build what’s missing

When the system to capture the lead, answer the call, or close the sale does not exist yet, we build it. The work that shows up in revenue, not in a slide deck.

Call handling

A front desk with written rules and pass/fail tests.

An unanswered call leaves your team without a conversation to qualify or a next step to book. We build and run the workflow agreed with you, route exceptions to your team, and report what happened each month.

Watch your own leak

Compare missed-call scenarios with your own numbers.

Put in your own missed-call count and ticket, then change the assumptions. The number is a scenario. The assessment checks it against your call records.

Calls ring out with no one to answer.

After hours, at lunch, during back-to-backs. A missed ring can mean a missed chance to qualify the caller.

Leads sit in your CRM while a faster competitor calls back.

By the time anyone follows up, they've already booked the shop that answered in five minutes.

Ad spend climbs, but the leads it buys leak out the bottom.

You pay to fill the top of the funnel, then watch good prospects fall through slow follow-up and no qualifying layer.

Your team is buried in manual steps that quietly drop revenue.

Quotes, scheduling, intake, reminders, handoffs. Review where those handoffs need an owner or a follow-up.

Built and run for you

It layers on top of what you already run. And it compounds.

Your calendar stays. Your CRM stays. We build around the systems your team already trusts, so there is nothing new to learn and no switchover week. Then every month we review what actually happened, catch what slipped, and tune the system against it. Every month you get one page: calls answered, jobs booked, what we changed.

  1. 01

    Diagnosed from real data

We map the workflow, the demand, the rules, and the failure modes before anything goes live.

  2. 02

    Built around your stack

We connect the agreed workflow to the tools your team already uses and plan the handoff with you.

  3. 03

Launched with a human in the loop

Uncertain, sensitive, legal, clinical, or high-value moments escalate to your team with a clean summary and next step.

  4. 04

    Reviewed every month

We watch the outcomes, catch what slipped, and tune the system so it keeps getting sharper.

Buy tools and become the integrator. Or have the outcome installed.

The cheap-tool path

You pick the vendors, write the prompts, wire the integrations, debug the edge cases, decide the rules, and own the quality loop forever.

Your time. Your problem.

The FlowChainLabs path

We install the outcome: the leads caught, the calls answered, the work moved, cleanly. Then we tune it on your real numbers every month, so it compounds while you run the business.

Built and run for you.

Straight answers.

Take the 15-minute assessment. You get the first leak, what it costs per month, and the fix.

What does FlowChainLabs actually do?

We build and run the workflow agreed with you for missed calls, lead follow-up, and booking, on top of the tools you already run. HVAC, restoration, roofing, plumbing. We set it up, we run it, we route exceptions to your team, and every month you get one page that shows what got answered, what got booked, and what we fixed.

Do you replace the software we already use?

No, not by default. We plug into your calendar, CRM, phone, and the rest of your stack and make them work together. We only rebuild a system when that system is the thing costing you money, and we tell you which one it is before we touch anything.

Where do we start?

Take the 15-minute assessment. We count your missed calls, name the first leak, and price it.

What does it cost?

Price comes after the assessment, once we know your call volume and average ticket. The scope, acceptance tests and management fee are agreed privately before purchase.

Do you work with our trade?

We work with home service businesses: HVAC, restoration, roofing, and plumbing. If you run a different trade, take the assessment. We tell you on the first call whether the phone is your leak.

What if we already tried AI and it didn’t work?

We put the workflow, delivery date and pass/fail tests in writing. You see it complete those tests in your environment before you accept it.

Who runs it after it goes live?

We do. This is built and run for you, not handed over. We operate the system, watch the outcomes, and improve it on a monthly loop, so it stays sharp without becoming your job.

Is our data handled safely?

Yes. We build around your existing systems and permissions, and for regulated work a BAA is available. Sensitive questions, clinical, legal, or financial, are never guessed; they route to your team with the context attached.

How do we get started?

Take the 15-minute assessment. You get the first leak, what it costs per month, and the fix.

What happens if it doesn’t work?

For scopes signed under our current client agreement (version FCL-2026-09-04): before work starts, we put the workflow, delivery date, and pass/fail tests in writing. You see the system complete those tests in your environment before you accept it. If we miss the agreed standard, we correct it at no extra implementation fee. If it still fails after the 10-business-day correction period, you can end that milestone and receive its implementation fee back if you claim within 30 calendar days after the correction deadline. Monthly management for that workflow begins only after written acceptance and live operation. This covers the failed milestone's implementation fee. It does not promise leads, bookings or income.
