Alvin Chikaeze built his career inside large companies as the person who gets projects across the line. He maps how the work really happens, gets the right people in the room, and stays until the team is using what was built.
He brought suppliers onto electronic ordering at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, rolled out a customer listening tool at PepsiCo, and helped build an online ordering and purchasing site at City Electric Supply. FlowChainLabs puts that same way of working inside companies that are growing, with AI doing the repeat work and people keeping the decisions.
