What does training on one real task look like?

They draft the reply from the order record, then check every date and amount against the order system before it goes out.

Questions owners ask
Which AI tools do you train on?
Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and any other AI tool your company approves. If you have not chosen one yet, we look at your work, the software you already pay for and your rules for data, and recommend one.
Is this a public course or a certification?
Neither. It is practical team training built on your own work. It does not award an outside certification, and it is not official Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google training.
Do you offer single workshops?
Yes. A single workshop works well for one team or the leadership group. Companies that want every department trained choose a program over several weeks.
Do you write the AI use policy too?
Yes. Training comes with an AI use policy in plain words: which tools and accounts to use, what never goes in and who checks the work. Each role practices with it in the sessions.
Does this count for the Texas AI training requirement for public employees?
Not on its own. Texas law (HB 3512) requires most state and local government employees who use a computer for at least 25 percent of their duties to complete an AI training program certified by the Texas Department of Information Resources every year. Our training is not on that certified list. It is the step after it: hands-on training on the tools your staff use, in their own work.
Do our people need technical experience?
Training starts with the work the team knows. The examples and level of detail are matched to their roles and the systems they will use.
Can we start with one team?
Yes. We start with the process that matters most, work with the people who do it, and use what we learn to guide the next step.
Will we have to replace our software?
We begin with what your business already uses. New systems are considered when the current ones cannot support the work.
Our team has beginners and advanced AI users. Can you train both?
Yes. We start by checking how people use the tools today and which tasks they own. Beginners get a clear starting prompt and checking steps. Experienced users work through harder examples and improve the workflow. Everyone practices the same foundation: approved inputs, a useful output, source checks and a clear human handoff.
Can you run live virtual training every month across our departments?
We can plan live virtual sessions around your team's roles, tools and availability. A whole-company foundation can be followed by department sessions and practice between meetings. We agree the cadence, participants and support before the program starts, then review what people can repeat in their own work.
We already pay for ChatGPT Enterprise and Copilot. Where should we start?
Start with one recurring task and the tools your team is approved to use. We check the features and permissions available in your actual accounts, choose appropriate source material, and teach people to draft and verify the result. Having a license does not mean every feature is enabled or every type of data is approved.
