AI training and workshops on the work your team already does.
A hands-on workshop built on your company's real tasks, on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other AI tool your company approves. People practice on their own work, learn how to check the answer, and leave knowing which decisions stay with a person.

What does an AI workshop for a business team cover?
It covers your team's own work: the jobs that take the most time, worked through with AI instead of made-up examples. Before the session we learn which jobs those are.
- Giving AI a clear instruction with the right context.
- Checking an answer against an approved source.
- Spotting answers that are wrong, out of date or not safe to send.
- Knowing which decisions stay with a person.
- Choosing the first tasks each person will use AI on the next day.
Who is a team AI workshop for?
Leadership teams that want a shared view of where AI fits, and department teams that want to use it in their daily work. Each group practices the work its own role does.
- Leaders: pick priorities and decide how results get reviewed.
- Sales and customer teams: prepare replies and follow-ups with context.
- Operations: move requests along and handle exceptions.
- Finance: pull figures together and check the source.
Where do you run team AI workshops in Dallas-Fort Worth?
On-site at your office anywhere in Dallas-Fort Worth, or virtually. It can be a single workshop or a program over several weeks, one department or the whole company. We set the format and group size around your team on the strategy call, and you see the plan before a date is set.
- On-site at your office or virtual.
- One team or several.
- Built around your real tasks and your company's rules for data.
What happens after the workshop?
Your team leaves with a guide, a short list of tasks worth building first and a clear next step. Some of what a workshop surfaces needs more than a better instruction: a connected system, a cleaner handoff, or a report pulled together from the systems that hold the numbers. When that happens, we can map the process and build it into the systems you already use.
- A guide your team can return to.
- A short list of the tasks worth building first.
- A usage check at day 30, so you see who uses AI and for what.
- A clear next step if you want help building them.

Questions before
the next step.
How long is a team AI workshop?
It depends on the goal and the group. A single workshop trains one team. A program over several weeks trains each department in turn. We set the length, the number of sessions and the group size with you on the strategy call, based on the work your team wants to cover.
On-site or virtual: which is better for a team AI workshop?
On-site works best when a team shares the same processes and can practice together in one room. Virtual works well for teams spread across offices. We offer both to companies across Dallas-Fort Worth.
Do our people need technical experience?
No. The workshop starts with work your team already knows. The examples and the level of detail match each role.
Is this a certification course?
No. It is practical training on your team's own work. It does not award an outside certification, and it is not official Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google training.
Which AI tools do you teach?
Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and any other AI tool your company approves. If you have not chosen one yet, we recommend one based on your work, the software you already pay for and your rules for data.
How much does a team AI workshop cost?
Cost depends on group size, format and how much of the session is built around your own processes. We size it with you on a free strategy call, or by email if you send an inquiry, and you see the plan before anything is booked.
