Your order desk, without the retyping.

Orders arrive by email, PDF, portal and EDI, and someone keys each one into the ERP. We build AI into the systems you already run, so orders get read, checked and moved, and a person approves anything unusual.

What is an AI implementation partner for wholesale distributors?

An AI implementation partner is a firm that builds AI into the systems a distributor already runs: the ERP, the EDI connections, the shared order inboxes and the sales desk. It maps how an order really moves, builds AI into the steps where people retype, check and chase, trains inside sales and customer service, and stays to improve it. FlowChainLabs is that partner for wholesale distributors and their suppliers across the United States, from our base in Dallas. Distribution is one of many industries FlowChainLabs works in.

Should a distributor buy order-entry software or hire an AI implementation partner?

Buy software when your process already fits how the tool works. Hire a partner when your orders, customers or systems don't fit a standard tool, or when you want AI inside the ERP you already run.

How does an AI implementation partner work with a distributor?

In the same order every time, starting with how an order really moves through your business.

  • Map order to cash: how orders arrive, who keys them, where they wait and what gets fixed after shipping.
  • Pick the first process by what it costs you: retyped orders, late ship notices, deductions or status calls.
  • Build AI into your ERP, EDI and inboxes, with your team approving the exceptions.
  • Train inside sales and customer service on their own orders.
  • Check the numbers each month and move to the next process.

What should a distributor fix first?

Count three things for one week. The biggest count is your first process.

  • Orders someone typed in from an email, a PDF or a portal.
  • Deductions and chargebacks, and how many your team could trace to a cause.
  • Calls and emails asking where an order is.

How does AI cut EDI errors and retailer chargebacks?

By checking each document against the trading partner's rules before it goes out, and building each one from what actually happened. Late ship notices and invoices that do not match the order are common reasons retailers charge suppliers back.

  • Ship notices (856) built from what was actually packed.
  • Invoices (810) matched to the order and the shipment before they go out.
  • Last quarter's deductions traced to the order line and the document behind each one.

What stays with a person?

Anything that changes a price, a customer record, credit or a ship date. AI reads, drafts and checks. Your people decide, and every action is recorded.

  • Pricing disputes and contract exceptions.
  • Credit holds and customer terms.
  • Substitutions and backorders the customer has to approve.
  • Trading partner relationships.

Why work with a partner that knows distribution?

Because the hard part is not the AI. It is knowing what the other side's system rejects and why. Before FlowChainLabs, our founder brought suppliers onto electronic ordering at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and helped build an online ordering and purchasing site at City Electric Supply.

Which distributors is this for?

Wholesale distributors and the suppliers that sell to them, where orders arrive in more than one format and someone keys them by hand. We work with distributors across the United States and on-site across Dallas-Fort Worth.

  • Food and beverage, including wine and spirits.
  • Building products and electrical supply.
  • Industrial and maintenance supply.
  • Suppliers that sell to large retailers on EDI.

Questions before
the next step.

Will this work with our ERP?

Yes. We build inside the ERP, EDI and email you already run, and replace a system only when that system is the problem.

Can AI enter orders into our ERP without a person?

Only clean orders, under rules you set. Anything with a price, item or quantity that does not match goes to a person with the reason and the original document, and every action is recorded.

How is this different from buying order-entry software?

Software gives you a tool to run. We fit AI to how your orders already move, build it in your own accounts, train your team on it and stay to improve it.

Do you work with distributors outside Texas?

Yes. We work with distributors across the United States virtually, and on-site across Dallas-Fort Worth.

Do you only work with distributors?

No. Distribution is one of many industries FlowChainLabs builds for, alongside manufacturing, construction, logistics, insurance and financial services, professional services and healthcare. The method is the same: map how the work moves, build AI into the systems you already run and train your team to run it.

How much does AI implementation cost for a distributor?

It depends on order volume, how many formats and trading partners you have, and the systems involved. You get a clear proposal after a free strategy call, before anything starts.
