1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlowChainLabs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

FlowChainLabs provides AI consulting, implementation, workflow automation, and AI system services for businesses. Services include but are not limited to: AI voice agents, sales follow-up systems, operations automation, knowledge bases, finance dashboards, EDI modernization, appointment scheduling, SMS communication, lead management, and analytics dashboards.

3. Engagements & Billing

Scope and investment for each engagement are determined during the AI Growth Assessment and confirmed in a signed Statement of Work. Recurring fees, if applicable, are billed automatically through a secure payment processor. You may cancel ongoing engagements at any time with 30 days' written notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlowChainLabs services in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA regulations for telephony and SMS communications. You may not use our services for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Data & Privacy

Your business data, call recordings, and lead information are stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

FlowChainLabs is not liable for missed calls, scheduling errors, or lost revenue resulting from AI system performance. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
