2. Services

FlowChainLabs provides AI-powered voice receptionist and communication automation services for businesses. Services include but are not limited to: AI voice agents, appointment scheduling, SMS communication, lead management, and analytics dashboards.

3. Subscription & Billing

Pricing is determined by your service tier and industry. A one-time setup fee is due upon onboarding. Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically via Stripe. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlowChainLabs services in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA regulations for telephony and SMS communications. You may not use our services for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Data & Privacy

Your business data, call recordings, and lead information are stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

FlowChainLabs is not liable for missed calls, scheduling errors, or lost revenue resulting from AI system performance. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
