Claude training for the work your team does every day.

Your team has Claude seats. A few people use it well, and the rest ask it one-line questions. We train each role on its own work, set Claude up for the jobs the team repeats and check who uses it a month later.

What is Claude training for teams?

Claude training for teams teaches the people who already have Claude seats to use it on the work they do every day, one role at a time. It starts from your team's real jobs: the proposal that takes a day, the contract summary, the weekly report, the client email nobody wants to write. Each person practices on that work, learns to give Claude the context it needs and to check the answer, and leaves with Claude set up for the jobs the team repeats. FlowChainLabs runs it as a single workshop or as a program over several weeks, with an AI use policy your people can follow and a usage check at day 30. It is built for companies on Claude Team or Claude Enterprise, and for companies moving people off personal accounts.

Should your team take free Claude courses, a certification course or training built on its own work?

Free courses teach the features, and a certification course prepares one person for an exam. Training built on your team's own work is how the seats you already pay for get used. Many teams take a free course first, then train on their own work.

Why do Claude seats go unused?

Because buying the seats is the easy part. A common rollout is a launch email and one session. Three months later the same few people use Claude, and everyone else does the work by hand.

  • People ask one-line questions and get one-line value back.
  • Nobody gives Claude the context: the client, the format, the standard the work has to meet.
  • Company files get pasted into personal accounts because the company plan was never set up.
  • The people who worked it out never showed anyone else.
  • Renewal comes up and nobody can say whether the seats paid off.

What does Claude training cover for each role?

Each role practices on its own work, in Claude, with the files it uses every week. These are the jobs that pay back first.

  • Leaders: turn a long report, board pack or contract into the decisions it asks for, with the page each one comes from.
  • Sales and account teams: draft the proposal and the follow up from the call notes, in your format, then check every promise against what was agreed.
  • Operations: write the SOP from the notes of a walkthrough, and turn a messy request into a clean ticket.
  • Finance: explain a variance from the spreadsheet, and check every figure against the source before it goes out.
  • HR and admin: answer policy questions from the handbook with the section quoted, and draft job posts in your voice.

Which Claude features does the training use?

The ones your plan includes and your admins turn on. We check both before the first session, so nobody learns a feature they cannot use.

  • Projects: shared instructions and reference files for a job the team repeats.
  • File work: spreadsheets, PDFs and contracts read, compared and summarized.
  • Artifacts: documents, tables and simple tools built in the conversation.
  • Connectors: Claude reading the company apps your admins approve.
  • Cowork, for longer tasks across files, where your plan has it.

What does your team leave Claude training with?

Four things, built during the training, not handed over as slides.

  • Each person trained on their own jobs, with the instructions that worked saved for next time.
  • A shared Claude Project for one job the team repeats: the instructions, the reference files and the format, so everyone starts from the same place.
  • An AI use policy in plain words: which accounts to use, what never goes in and who checks the work.
  • A usage check at day 30: who uses Claude, for what, and where the work still happens by hand.

Should you start with a single workshop or a program?

Start with a single workshop when one team needs to get going. Choose a program when the whole company has seats. Both start from your own work and end with something running.

  • Single workshop: one team or the leadership group, built on the jobs they bring.
  • Program over several weeks: each department in turn, with time between sessions to use Claude on live work.
  • Before either one: we learn the jobs, collect real examples and check your plan's settings with your admin.
  • After either one: the day 30 usage check and a short list of what to set up next.

What stays with a person when your team uses Claude?

Anything that commits the company. Claude drafts, summarizes and checks. Your people decide, and they sign what goes out.

  • Advice to a client, and anything with legal, tax or medical weight.
  • Prices, terms and anything that changes a contract.
  • Hiring and performance decisions.
  • Every number, name and quote, checked against the source before it leaves the company.

Questions before
the next step.

How do you use Claude at work?

Give it the job and the context, then check the answer. Say who the work is for, what good looks like and what to leave out, and attach the file instead of describing it. Keep the instructions that work in a shared Project so the next person starts from them. Check every number, name and quote against the source before it goes out.

Is this the same as Anthropic Academy?

No. Anthropic Academy is Anthropic's own set of free online courses, such as Claude 101 and AI Fluency. They teach Claude in general, one person at a time. This training is built on your team's own work and ends with Claude set up for the jobs you repeat. A free course is a good first step before it.

Can our team get a Claude certification from this training?

No. FlowChainLabs does not award a certification, and this is not exam preparation. Anthropic runs its own Claude certification exams for people at firms in its partner network. This training is about your people doing their own work in Claude, and the measure is the usage check at day 30.

Which Claude plan should our company use?

A business plan, Claude Team or Claude Enterprise, so company work stays in company accounts with admin controls. Which one fits depends on your size and the controls your security lead needs, and we go through it with you before the first session.

Does Anthropic train Claude on our company's data?

Anthropic says that by default it does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial products, which include Claude Team and Claude Enterprise, to train its models. On personal Free, Pro and Max accounts, each person chooses in settings whether their chats help improve Claude. That difference is why the AI use policy names the accounts your team works in.

What does a Claude Project do for a team?

A Project holds the instructions and reference files for one kind of work, so everyone on the team starts from the same context instead of pasting it in each time. We set up the first one with the team for a job it repeats every week, then show people how to keep it current.

Is Claude better than ChatGPT or Copilot?

For everyday work, the better tool is the one your company approves and your people use. Each one drafts, summarizes and analyzes well. Many companies pay for more than one, so the AI use policy says which to use for what. We train on whichever your company licenses.

Do our people need technical experience?

No. The training starts with work your team already knows: the documents, emails and reports it handles every week. Nobody writes code.

How much does Claude training cost?

It depends on the number of people, the roles and whether you want a single workshop or a program over several weeks. You get a clear proposal after a free strategy call, before anything is booked.
