ChatGPT training that moves the work out of personal accounts.
Your team already uses ChatGPT, often in personal accounts and often with company data. We move the work into your company workspace, train each role on its own jobs and check a month later that the habit held.

One company workspace everyone uses, company data out of personal accounts, and a team that checks what ChatGPT hands back.
What is ChatGPT training for business teams?
ChatGPT training for business teams teaches the people in a company to do their real work in the company's ChatGPT workspace, on ChatGPT Business or ChatGPT Enterprise, instead of in personal accounts. Each role practices the jobs it repeats: drafting from notes, answering from documents, analyzing a spreadsheet, preparing for a meeting. The team leaves with a custom GPT or a shared project for one of those jobs, an AI use policy that says what goes in and what never does, and a usage check at day 30. FlowChainLabs runs it as a single workshop or as a program over several weeks. OpenAI reported more than 9 million paying business users in February 2026. Training is what turns a seat into a daily habit.

Should your team learn ChatGPT from free courses, one company webinar or training built on its own work?
Free courses cover the basics, and a webinar tells everyone the tool exists. Neither moves work out of personal accounts or turns it into a daily habit. Training built on each role's own work does both.
| Question | Free online courses | One webinar for everyone | Training on your team's work |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | Self-paced lessons on prompts and features. | An hour of tips, the same for every role. | Each role trained on its own jobs, with a custom GPT or shared project for one of them. |
| Where the work happens | Wherever each person signs in, often a personal account. | Usually unchanged. | In your company workspace, with personal accounts out of company work. |
| Rules for company data | Not covered. | A slide, if anyone made one. | An AI use policy each role practices with. |
| After the session | Each person decides whether to keep going. | Nothing is measured. | Usage checked at day 30 in the workspace. |
| Choose it when | Someone wants the basics on their own time. | You need to announce the tool to everyone at once. | You want company work done in the company account, every day. |
Why does ChatGPT use stay in personal accounts?
Because people started before the company did. By the time a workspace is bought, everyone has their own habits, their own account and their own prompts, and nobody moved them.
- Customer details, contracts and financials pasted into personal accounts.
- A company workspace with seats nobody opened.
- One person built a custom GPT, then left, and nobody knows how it works.
- Prompts copied from social media that do not fit your work.
- No rule for what can go in, so people guess.
What does ChatGPT training cover for each role?
Every role practices on its own work in the company workspace. These jobs pay back first.
- Sales: research a prospect before the call and draft the follow up from your notes.
- Customer service: draft answers from your own policies, in your tone, and flag the ones a person must handle.
- Operations: turn an email chain into a checklist with owners and dates.
- Finance: analyze an exported spreadsheet, explain the change and check every figure against the file.
- Leaders: prepare for a meeting from the documents in a project, and pressure test a plan before it goes out.
How do you roll out ChatGPT Enterprise or ChatGPT Business to a whole company?
In five steps, in this order. Skip the first three and you get seats nobody uses.
- Decide who gets seats and which connectors your admins turn on, such as SharePoint or Google Drive.
- Write the AI use policy: company work in the company workspace, what never goes in and who checks the work.
- Move people's work out of personal accounts, starting with the prompts and files they rely on most.
- Train each role on its own jobs and build the first custom GPT or shared project together.
- Check usage at day 30 and move the next team in.
What does your team leave ChatGPT training with?
A working setup in the company account, not a recording of a webinar.
- Each person working in the company workspace, on their own jobs, with the instructions that worked saved.
- A custom GPT or shared project for one repeated job, with your instructions and reference files.
- An AI use policy every role has practiced with.
- A usage check at day 30: who works in the workspace, for what, and who still uses a personal account.
What stays with a person when your team uses ChatGPT?
Anything that commits the company or reaches a customer. ChatGPT drafts and analyzes. Your people decide.
- Facts, figures and quotes, checked against the source.
- Answers to customers on refunds, pricing or anything legal.
- Decisions about people: hiring, pay and performance.
- Anything a client contract keeps private, unless the policy names a tool approved for it.

Questions before
the next step.
How do you use ChatGPT at work?
Do company work in the company workspace, not a personal account. Give ChatGPT the job, the audience and the format, and attach the document instead of retyping it. Keep the instructions that work in a project or a custom GPT so the team reuses them. Check every fact and figure before anything goes out.
Should our team be on ChatGPT Business or ChatGPT Enterprise?
Both put your people in a company workspace with admin controls instead of personal accounts. Which one fits depends on your size, your security needs and the controls you want, and we go through it with you before training.
Does OpenAI train on our company's data?
OpenAI says it does not train its models on business data from ChatGPT Business, ChatGPT Enterprise or ChatGPT Edu by default. Personal Free and Plus accounts work differently: chats can be used to improve the models unless the person turns that off in Data Controls. That is why the first rule in the AI use policy is to keep company work in the company workspace.
Is OpenAI Academy enough?
OpenAI Academy offers free, self-paced courses, and they are a good place to learn the basics. They teach ChatGPT in general. Your team still has to work out what to use it for in its own job, under your data rules, and that is what this training does.
What is a custom GPT, and when should a team build one?
A custom GPT is ChatGPT set up with your instructions and reference files for one job, like answering policy questions or drafting a weekly update. Build one when the same job comes up every week. We build the first one with the team that will use it and show them how to keep it current.
Can ChatGPT read our company files?
Yes, when your admins turn on connectors to apps such as SharePoint or Google Drive. We decide with your IT lead which ones to turn on, and train people on what each one can see and how to check what it found.
We already pay for Copilot. Why train on ChatGPT too?
Because people use both. Many companies run Copilot inside Microsoft 365 and ChatGPT for writing and analysis. The AI use policy says which one to use for what, so nobody pays for two tools doing the same job, and we train on both.
How long does ChatGPT training take?
A single workshop trains one team. A program runs over several weeks, one department at a time, with live work between sessions. We set the length, the number of sessions and the group size with you on the strategy call, based on the work your team wants to cover.
How much does ChatGPT training cost?
It depends on the number of people, the roles and the format. You get a clear proposal after a free strategy call, before anything is booked.
How do we get started?
Schedule a strategy call. Tell us how many ChatGPT seats you have, or how many people use personal accounts for work, and we will show you the first step.
Bring the work into the company account.
On a strategy call, we look at who uses ChatGPT today, where company data goes and which jobs eat the most hours. Then you see the first workshop and the day 30 check.
