Restoration
Can an AI front desk handle insurance questions on restoration calls?
It handles the intake side of insurance, which is what the first call actually needs. It collects the carrier, the claim number if one exists, and the adjuster's contact if the homeowner has it, and it books the inspection with the estimator.
It does not give coverage advice, quote a scope, or promise what insurance will pay. Anything that needs a licensed judgment gets scheduled with the person who has one. That boundary is set in writing during setup and the owner approves it before the line goes live.
The result: the homeowner feels handled on the first call, the estimator walks in with the claim details already captured, and nothing risky was said on the company's behalf.
